THIS SEPARATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 25th day of April, 2008, by and between, Bruce Kreindel (“Employee”) and Customer Acquisition Network Holdings, Inc., and any parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Company, including, without limitation, Customer Acquisition Network, Inc.
