THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between TechTeam Global, Inc. (the "Company"), headquartered at 27335 West 11 Mile Road, Southfield, Michigan 48033, and Kamran Sokhanvari (the "Executive"), residing at 208 Vista de Sierra, Los Gatos, California 95030, and is effective as of June 1, 2008 (“Effective Date”).
