Regulation S Securities Purchase Agreement(“ Purchase Agreement”), effective as of July 9, 2008 between Bio-Bridge Science, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), the address of which is located on the signature page hereto, and Cheung Hin Shun Anthony (a “Purchaser”), the address of which is located on the signature page hereto.
