This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Employment Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 15th, 2008, by and between Measurement Specialties, Inc., a New Jersey corporation with corporate offices located in Hampton, Virginia (the “Employer”), and Glen MacGibbon (the “Executive”). The Employer and the Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
