THIS SUPPLEMENT to the Master Loan Agreement dated October 6, 2005 (the “MLA”), is entered into as of July 17, 2008 between CoBANK, ACU (“CoBank”) and SOUTH DAKOTA SOYBEAN PROCESSORS, LLC, Volga, Smith Dakota (the “Company”), and amends and restates the Supplement dated June 23, 2008 and numbered RIBO51 SOIF.
