Weifang Yuhe Poultry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) and Zhao Beijing (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) entered into this labor contract. Based on equality and friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B agree the following items in accordance with the Labor Laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”):

Weifang Taihong Feed Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) and Wang Jianbo (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) entered into this labor contract. Based on equality and friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B agree the following items in accordance with the Labor Laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”):

Based on equality, mutual benefit and compensated use, Shandong Weibei Farm (“Party A”) and Weifang Yuhe Poultry Co., Ltd (“Party B”) entered into this contract with regard to matters related to Party B leasing land from Party A.

2, Party A shall provide feed in accordance with the nutrient demands of Party B’s flocks. Party B has the right to test the nutrient ingredients Party A’s provided feed.
