This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of August 13, 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between James Vagim (“Executive”) and United PanAm Financial Corp and its subsidiary United Auto Credit Corporation, both of which may be referred to interchangeably hereinafter as “Company”.
