This Employment/Consultant Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is entered into by and between Rubber Research Elastomerics, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, ( “COMPANY”), and Winston Salser, Ph. D., a resident of Pacific Palisades, California (“EXECUTIVE”), (collectively referred to herein as "PARTIES") and is effective as of the date first written above (the “Effective Date”).
