After conclusion hereof, the Seller shall be entitled to notify his employees (and co-workers) and also the tenants using the Real Estate of conclusion of this Agreement, within the scope of details on the Buyer and the anticipated date of effect of the transfer of the Real Estate. Until the transfer of the Real Estate enters into effect, neither this notice nor any other notice may include information on the amount of the Purchase Price, unless it is published or known previously in some other manner. The Buyer shall not be entitled to make any announcements regarding this Agreement and its subject, expressly including the amount of the Purchase Price, before the transfer of the Real Estate enters into effect, with the exception of the persons referred to in subparagraphs (i) to (v) of this paragraph.
