This agreement, dated as of December 29, 2008 ("Agreement"), by and among CHINA GREEN AGRICULTURE, INC. (f/k/a Discovery Technology, Inc.), a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and each of the other signatories hereto (collectively, the “Investors”), amends that certain Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of December 24, 2007 (the “RRA”), by and among the Company and the other parties signatory thereto. Each of the capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the RRA.
