This MEDIA AND MARKETING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March ___, 2009, to be effective as of March 1, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CyberDefender Corporation, a California corporation (“CyberDefender”), and GR Match, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GRM”).
