This Executive Severance Agreement (“Agreement”), including the attached Exhibit “A,” which is incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part of this Agreement, is entered into between U.S. Concrete, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Michael L. Gentoso (“Executive”). This Agreement is effective as of July 31, 2007 (the “Effective Date”). The Company and Executive agree as follows:
