THIS AGREEMENT is made this 8th day of July, 2009, by and between CAMPBELL ALTERNATIVE ASSET TRUST, a Delaware trust, hereinafter called “Principal,” and WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, hereinafter called “Investment Advisor.”
