This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and dated as of August 26, 2009 by and between Christopher Patrick Holbert, whose primary place of business is located at No. 3 Jinyuan Road, Daxing Industrial Development Zone, Beijing 102600, People’s Republic of China (“Executive”), and Asian Financial, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”), and shall be effective as of the date hereof.
