THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between Education Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Randall L. Churchey (“Executive” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”) is effective as of January 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
