S. Bank National Association, as the indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”) and as the collateral administrator (the “Collateral Administrator”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the Indenture, as applicable (each as defined below).
