DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of December 8, 2009, by and among The Appleton Funds, an Ohio business trust (the "Trust"), Appleton Partners, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Adviser"), and Unified Financial Securities, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the "Distributor").
