THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between China Intelligent Lighting and Electronics, Inc. (“Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Kui Jiang (“Employee”), effective as of May 5, 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
