THIS GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and entered into by Raymond J. Hage, Jr. (Employee), in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, and of the severance offered from Novavax, Inc. (Employer) to Employee in the amount of $128,866.
