THIS STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between China Intelligent Lighting and Electronics, Inc. (“Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Kui (Kevin) Jiang (“Optionee”), effective on June 17, 2010.
