Pursuant to the terms of the offer (this “Offering”) made by The OLB Group, Inc. (the "Company") contained in the Confidential Private Offering Materials dated June 1st , 2010 (said Materials, including the exhibits and attachments thereto, being hereinafter called the "Materials"), the undersigned hereby tenders this subscription and applies for the purchase 20 Units set forth on the signature page of this agreement, each Unit consisting of hundred sixty six thousand shares (166,000) shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares"), at a purchase price of $5,000 per Unit.
