THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this __ day of June, 2010, by and between American Antiquities, Inc., an Illinois corporation (hereinafter referred to as “AAQS”) and Joseph A. Merkel, Kevin T.
