This Authorized Purchaser Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of _____________, is entered into by and among United States Commodity Funds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), the United States Commodity Index Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each series established and designated by the Trust as a fund and listed on Annex A, including the United States Commodity Index Fund (each, a “Fund”), and [AUTHORIZED PURCHASER], a [STATE/ TYPE OF ENTITY] (the “Authorized Purchaser”).

THIS CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 22, 2010, is entered into among the UNITED STATES COMMODITY FUNDS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), the UNITED STATES COMMODITY INDEX FUNDS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each series established and designated by the Trust as a fund and listed on Annex A, including the United States Commodity Index Fund (each, a “Fund”), and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO. (“BBH&Co.” or the “Custodian”), a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York.
