This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of August 11, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Far East Wind Power Corp., a Nevada corporation located at 11811 N. Tatum Blvd., Suite 3031, Phoenix, Arizona 85028 (the “Company”), and Fred Loh (the “Consultant”). The Company desires to retain Consultant as an independent contractor to perform such services, on terms set forth more fully below.
