This Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement certifies that, pursuant to the MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) 2010 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”), the Compensation Committee has granted an option to purchase shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share (the “Common Stock”) of MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. as stated below.
