This Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between Exxon Mobil Corporation, a New Jersey corporation with an address of P. O. Box 2180, Houston, Texas 77252-2180 (“EMC”), Mobil Oil Exploration & Producing Southeast Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address of P.O. Box 4610, Houston, Texas 77210 (“MOEPSI”), ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, a Delaware corporation with an address of P.O. Box 2220, Houston, Texas 77252-2220 (“EMPCo”), and Mobil Eugene Island Pipeline Company, a Delaware corporation with an address of P.O.
