THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 10th day of February, 2011 and is by and between China Agritech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Mr. Xuenong Zhang (hereinafter referred to as the “Director”).
