According to Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and Real Estate Management Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, with the basis of equality and free will, Parties A and B enter into the following agreements with regard to the lease of the office building and place of Inner Mongolia Litai Coking Co., Ltd. and hereby sign the contract.
