This employment agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of 1st of February, 2011 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between China Sunflower Group Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation (the “Company”) and Xinmin Liu a _Chinese _ resident (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”).

Upon mutual understanding, the parties enter into this agreement with honest and good faith in accordance with related laws of the People's Republic of China, where Party A, the owner with both the ownership and operation right of the “Westerner” brand, the manufacturer of the sunflower oil with the sales right, hereby authorizes Party B the distribution right of the registered brand of “Westerner” sunflower oil products as the exclusive distribution agent.

In accordance with the PRC Contract Law, PRC Seed Law and other relevant regulations, the Supplier and Buyer hereby enter into this agreement to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
