Subject to the application of Party B, Party A agrees to provide credit line to Party B for use. The two parties to this Agreement enter into this Agreement on an equality and voluntariness. All provisions under this Agreement are the true expression of their respective willingness. For the purpose of defending Party B’s legal rights and benefits, Party A particularly reminds Party B to pay special attention to all the terms and conditions related to their rights and obligations, particularly those in bold letters.
