THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 25th day of April 2011 and is by and between China Agritech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Mr. Sim Kai Wai (hereinafter referred to as the “Director”).
