THIS DISBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 25, 2011, is entered into by and between Florida Gaming Centers, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Borrower”), and ABC Funding, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Administrative Agent under the below-defined Credit Agreement (the “Administrative Agent”).
