This Agreement is entered into as of the 23rd day of February, 2011, and will serve as our agreement for Kagome Creative Foods, Inc. (“Kagome” or “Manufacturer”) to manufacture for GFA Brands, Inc. (“GFA”) certain products designated by GFA (collectively, the “Products” and individually, each a “Product”), including but not limited to buttery spreads, buttery sticks, oils, margarines and/or shortenings under one or more of GFA’s Earth Balance®, Smart Balance®, Bestlife™ or other brands, on a non-exclusive basis on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
