THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this 6th day of June, 2011 by and among, Sona Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Pubco”) on one hand, and Marine Drive Technologies Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (the “Company”), and the shareholders of the Company as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Selling Shareholders”), on the other hand.
