This Domain Name Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective November 18, 2011 (the “Closing Date”) by and between Global Life Enhancements, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Seller”) and WeedMaps Media, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Buyer”).
