This undertaking and agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Guaranty”) is made by LIGHTYEAR NETWORK SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Guarantor,” whether one or more) in favor of FIRST SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B.
