Zenith Global Enterprises Limited, a BVI corporation, with principal address at Rm 2, 8/F Winful Centre, 30 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, ("Seller") and Dafoe Corp, a Nevada corporation with principal address at 1802 N.
