(“MLCS”); MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATED (“MLPFS”); MUNIMAE TEI HOLDINGS, LLC (“TEI”); MUNICIPAL MORTGAGE & EQUITY, LLC (“MME”); MMA FINANCIAL HOLDINGS, INC. (“MMA Financial”); and MUNIMAE TE BOND SUBSIDIARY, LLC (“TE Bond Sub”).
