This Lease Agreement (this “Lease”) is entered by and between EGA Research LLC (“Landlord”) and Empowered Products, Inc. (“Tenant”) as of March 1, 2012. Landlord and Tenant may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.” This Lease creates joint and several liability in the case of multiple Tenants.
