THIS AGREEMENT is made this 15th day of June, 2012 by and between Web.com Group, Inc., organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal office and place of business in Florida (the “Company”) and Reliance Trust Company, a trust organization under the laws of the United States of America and having its principal office and place of business in Atlanta, Georgia, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
