This THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONVERTIBLE NOTES (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of June 27, 2012 by and between Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Euro Pacific Capital, Inc. (the “Investor Representative”).
