This At-Will Executive Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your engagement as an independent consultant to and by Janus Resources, Inc. (the “Company”). For the purposes of this Agreement, capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Paragraph 21 hereof.
