THIS AMENDMENT TO GLOBAL AXCESS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENTS (this “Amendment”), is entered into as of June 30, 2012 by and between: GLOBAL AXCESS CORP., a Nevada corporation (“Global”); NATIONWIDE MONEY SERVICES, INC., a Nevada corporation (“NMS”); NATIONWIDE NTERTAINMENT SERVICES, INC., a Nevada corporation (“NNS”); EFT INTEGRATION, INC., a Florida corporation (“EFT”); Global, NMS, NNS and EFT being hereafter referred to individually, collectively, jointly and severally as the “Borrowers”); and FIFTH THIRD BANK, an Ohio Banking corporation (the “Bank”).
