THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 5, 2012, is made by and among Protalex, Inc. a Delaware corporation, (the “Grantor”), and Niobe Ventures, LLC (the “Secured Party”) and amends and restates in its entirety the Second Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of February 11, 2012 by and between Grantor and Secured Party.
