THIS SIXTH AMENDED AND RESTATED SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 18, 2013, is made by and among Protalex, Inc. a Delaware corporation, (the “Grantor”), and Niobe Ventures, LLC (the “Secured Party”) and amends and restates in its entirety the Fifth Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of December 3, 2012 by and between Grantor and Secured Party.
