THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 4 , 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Kyle Guse, an individual (“Employee”), and Atossa Genetics, Inc. a Delaware corporation, having its principal office at 1616 Eastlake Ave., E, Suite 510, Seattle, WA 98102 (the “Company”, and collectively with Employee referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually, as a “Party”).
