This PATENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on June 20, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Thomas L. Bascom, an individual, residing at 7025 Elizabeth Drive, McLean VA 22101 (“Seller”) and Bascom Linking Intellectual Property, LLC., a State of Virginia limited liability company, of 240 East 76th Street, 11B, New York, NY 10021 (“Purchaser”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
