THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective of the 1st day of January, 2013, by and between Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Employer”) and Gary A. Mentesana (“Employee”).
