THIS SEVENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 13, 2013, is made by and among Protalex, Inc. a Delaware corporation, (the “Grantor”), and Niobe Ventures, LLC (the “Secured Party”) and amends and restates in its entirety the Sixth Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of January 18, 2013 by and between Grantor and Secured Party.
