THIS CASTOR MASTER FARM MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of July 2, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ambrosia Agra Holdings Ltd (the “Company”), Ambrosia Agra, S.A.
